Vanessa Lafaille joined Dionne Schulze in 2009 as a legal assistant. She completed her D.E.C. in the Paralegal program at Collège Ahuntsic in 2008.

In 2008, she completed her final internship at the Commission de reconnaissance des associations d’artistes et des associations de producteurs du Québec, body equivalent to the Commission des relations du travail for the field of arts. As part of her internship, Vanessa worked on the preparation of an annotated statute (An Act respecting the professional status and conditions of engagement of performing, recording and film artists, R.S.Q. c. S-32.1) and on a filing management plan. She then worked as a secretary at the Commission des lesions professionnelles (CLP) before joining the Dionne Schulze team.

Vanessa Lafaille carries out a variety of responsibilities such as general office organization, customer billing, or acts as a support to lawyers regarding some files. She also acts as a front-line resource for anyone who contacts the firm to hire the services of a lawyer.
