Vanessa Lafaille, Legal Assistant

Vanessa joined Dionne Schulze in April 2009 as a legal assistant. She received her high school diploma in 2005 from Joseph-François-Perrault School and a college diploma in paralegal technology in 2008 from Ahuntsic Academy.

From January to June 2008, she was an intern at the Commission de reconnaissance des associations d’artistes et des associations de producteurs du Québec in order to obtain her diploma, an organisation which regulates artist-producer relations. This administrative court tribunal was recently merged with the Commission des relations de travail (CRT). As part of her training Vanessa worked on the preparation of an annotated statute (An Act respecting the professional status and conditions of engagement of performing, recording and film artists, R.S.Q. c. S-32.1) and on preparing a records management plan. Before joining the Dionne Schulze team, she worked as a secretary at the Commission des lésions professionnelles (CLP).
