Practice
Elisabeth Patterson advises clients on a broad range of subjects, including Aboriginal, commercial and international law, as well as protecting intellectual property and traditional knowledge.

Elisabeth also assists clients by negotiating commercial and corporate agreements, such as joint venture and impact benefit agreements. She also drafts agreements governing the collection and use of data, intellectual property and indigenous knowledge.

Elisabeth has been involved in legal education and legislative reform projects in Latin America and in cases before the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights.

She speaks and writes fluently in English and French and is proficient in Spanish.
